Alicia Angelini, 23, started dancing as a little girl with the Civic Dance Center in Bakersfield. After earning a degree in dance from UC Irvine, she has now returned to dance in the Center's production of "The Nutcracker."
"The Nutcracker Ballet" will be performed at the Bakersfield Convention Center at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 9; 1 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Dec. 10; and 1 p.m. Dec. 11. Cost is $32 for adults; $16 for students; and free for children 6 and under. For details, call 323-7928 or 852-7300.
